The service and staff at this business are top notch. They’ve been helping us with our home in Lakeway for years. Ray is always responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, honest and skilled at getting things fixed as quick as possible. We trust the work he does for us and his assessments of repair needs. Jennifer is always so friendly and helpful when scheduling. We are so glad to have a trustworthy, reliable company to turn to with our AC and heating needs.

If you have HVAC issues in and you are in the Lake Travis area, these guys are phenomenal. Their customer service is outstanding. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. I personally dealt with Chris and Patricia . . .top notch folks, for sure.

I needed a new system 2 years ago & consulted with several suppliers. John from Lakeway A/C really impressed me with his knowledge & patience in explaining what all the technical terms meant. His crew did a great job on the installation. However, what has really been impressive is the way Lakeway A/C has stood behind their work.

Called at 8am. Here by 10am & finished by noon. Walter was excellent and I appreciate both the professionalism and the service.

We had a last minute issue with our AC over the weekend. They showed up timely, properly diagnosed the problem and efficiently fix the problem all at a reasonable price. We had other companies misdiagnose the problem and failed to properly repair the issue. They are my new AC company.

My three experiences with Lakeway A/C & Heating have been excellent. Chris is one of the 3 or 4 best service technicians I have ever worked with and I trust his evaluations without question.

My upstairs A/C wasn’t cooling properly. Even though they had about 12 calls ahead of me, they were still able to come over that morning to check things out. They found the problem right away. They were very professional & willing to make sure that things were done right.
